Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
How do I return or exchange an item ?
If you require an exchange or return on your purchase you must first contact the shipping department via email to receive a return authorization number. This can be done by e-mail Info @Medic2Suit.ca.Please provide in the e-mail your name, order ID number, a description of what it is you need to return/exchange and the reason for the return/exchange. You will receive a reply either by e-mail or telephone directly from the shipping department. Once you have obtained your return authorization number” ship the item as directed in the e-mail from the shipping dept. to Medic2Suit (Ra# goes here) Attn .shipping dept.

** Ensure that all items are unworn, in perfect condition have no stains tears or damage of any kind and have tags attached.
** No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number!!!



Items should be received within 30 days (postmarked no later than 15 days)
When we receive the merchandise depending on your selection we will either credit the original form of payments, issue store credit (for sale items) or exchange for desired items.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns will be processed within 5-15 business days after we receive the returned garment. Credits are issued in the form of original payment minus shipping, handling, rush fees and any bank fees.
All our mail in rebates will be processed with in 30 business days. Make sure your name and address details are exact to avoid delays in the process of receiving mail in rebates.
